MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Angad Singh

Mr. Angad Singh is the Managing Director of Hotel RamSanPlaza and a respected professional with experience across business, social and community organisations.

He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and an MBA. He currently serves as the President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Motihari, contributing to the growth and development of the local business community.

Mr. Singh is a former President of the Lions Club and the Chamber of Commerce, Motihari. He is also an elected member of the Red Cross Society and has been nominated as a member of the Motihari Railway Station Management Committee.

He has also been nominated as a member of the District Health Society, Motihari. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he is the Managing Director of Shree Dwarkadhish Builders and Contractors.

Mr. Chandan Kumar Singh

Mr. Chandan Kumar Singh is the General Manager of Hotel RamSanPlaza, bringing extensive experience and strong professional knowledge from the hospitality industry.

He has completed his Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Heritage Institute of Hotel and Tourism, Agra. As part of his professional training, he completed his industrial training with Radisson Blu Hotel, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Throughout his career, Mr. Singh has worked with several reputed hotels, including Radisson, Trident Inn, The Panache Inn Patna, The Gargee Grand Patna, The Emerald Hotel Muzaffarpur and several other hospitality establishments.

With his deep knowledge and practical experience in the hospitality industry, he focuses on delivering high standards of service, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and contributing to the continued growth and development of Hotel RamSanPlaza in the hospitality sector.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Mr. Abhay

Mr. Abhay is the Assistant General Manager of Hotel RamSanPlaza, bringing valuable professional experience across both the retail and hospitality industries.

He completed his schooling from BRL DAV, Bhandaridah, Bokaro, and pursued his college education at Gossner College, Ranchi University, Ranchi.

Mr. Abhay has 5 years of experience in the retail industry, having worked with Marks & Spencer and Reliance India Pvt. Ltd. from 2007 to 2012. During this period, he gained valuable experience in customer service, retail operations, team coordination and management.

He also has 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he has developed strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service and hospitality management. His extensive experience enables him to effectively coordinate teams, maintain operational standards and contribute towards delivering a high level of guest satisfaction.

With experience in both retail and hospitality, Mr. Abhay brings a practical and well-rounded approach to his role as Assistant General Manager, supporting the smooth functioning and continued growth of Hotel RamSanPlaza.

Mr. Ramashankar Mahto is the Executive Chef of Hotel RamSanPlaza, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and extensive expertise in professional kitchen operations.

He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and has built a strong career in the hospitality industry through years of practical experience in professional hotel kitchens.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mahto has worked with several reputed hotels, including Hotel Shyama Regency, Darbhanga; Magadh Hotel, Patna; Cloud 9 Hotel, Madhubani; and many other hospitality establishments.

With his extensive culinary experience and deep understanding of hotel food operations, he focuses on maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, presentation and kitchen operations while ensuring a memorable dining experience for the guests of Hotel RamSanPlaza.

He has deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in Food & Beverage service. His understanding of service operations and guest requirements enables him to effectively manage different situations while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Mr. Shrivastava has a strong ability to understand guest needs and handle different situations with patience, professionalism and confidence. His broad perspective and practical approach help him manage operational challenges effectively and contribute to a smooth guest experience.
